Abstract

1.Relax your whole body and mind.
2.Enjoy peace of this morning.
3.Death of near one gives opportunity to think about life.
4.It can be turning point in our life.
5.There are two direction of consciousness: inward and outward.
6.Our basic nature is made up of outward consciousness for sense pleasure.
7.When we go beyond physical consciousness, we reach mind level.
8.Lower minds discuss about people. Average mind discuss about events.
9.Whereas higher mind discuss about ideas.
10.Source of joy is intellect or soul. Be free from body, mind and intellect and enjoy soul.
