1.We can discipline our physical body to attain peace.
2.Going beyond physical body is Raj Yoga.
3.Balanced diet, enough activities and sleep gives you freedom from body level.
4.Balanced diet is Satvic food.
5.Too much of spicy and hot food is Rajasic food.
6.Foods which make you slumber or lazy is Tamasic food.
7.The right quantity of well balanced food is Satvic food.
8.We are supposed to certain amount of activities to keep well.
9.Walking is best exercise.
10.Sickness attaches you to body level. Relaxation which makes you free from body level is yoga.
