Abstract

1.Discipline can increase our will power.
2.We are pure consciousness and that’s all we need to realize.
3.Discipline comes from within rather than outside.
4.Unfortunately we have wrong notion of being under discipline.
5.Body is tool to realize our consciousness.
6.Sit in organized, clean and neat place for Yoga.
7.Steady relaxation for permanent time is essence of Yoga.
8.It is natural state of awareness which is neither high nor low.
9.Don’t get caught up at body level, go beyond it.
10.Prana (energy) should flow upward in balanced way.
