Abstract

1.Suprabhatam & Sushwagatam (good morning & welcome)…
2.Raj Yoga is path of will power to attain Moksha.
3.Moksha is freedom from all tensions, stresses, miseries, bondages and diseases.
4.Yoga is silencing and calming down of mind.
5.Why Krishna has said that don’t attach to non-action?
6.Non-action not only means silence of mind but also laziness.
7.Therefore, he says don’t attach to laziness.
8.Today is very auspicious day i.e. birth of Sarada Devi.
9.She was really simple woman with greatness.
10.Let’s contemplate on these thoughts and spread fragrance of love and bliss.
