5.Direct control includes following Yama and Niyama (sets of don’t and do’s).
6.Non-violence, truth, non-stealing, celibacy and non-possession are Yamas.
7.Make mind a great friend then you will expand.
8.Freedom is mastery over senses and mind.
9.Moderation brings mastery over mind. It is overcoming strong likes and dislikes and having things without excess.
10.Cleanliness, satisfaction, penance, self-analysis and surrender to reality are Niyamas. Let’s meditate with smile. Spread fragrance of smile to all.
