6.Yoga is discipline to get freedom and intellect of discrimination.
7.Discipline is of three fold; place, time & procedure discipline.
8.Have time, place and procedure for everything.
9.Keep everything on or as per time, place and procedure.
10.Discipline gives us judgment about what is right. Let’s meditate on smiling face of Yogi Sri Krishna.

He is presently the Honorary Adviser, Vivekananda College, Tiruvekadam, Madurai District. He has been a Member, NAAC peer team. He has authored 14 books on various topics including books on Education. He has presented and published a large number of papers on socially relevant and spiritual topics.
