Abstract

1.Tension and stress have sympathetic arousal of nervous system.
2.High speed of mind is reason for sympathetic arousal.
3.Yoga calms down the mind through slowing down mind.
4.Doing action in matured way is secret of action.
5.Equanimity for result of action calms down mind.
6.We should pray for problem and challenges.
7.Be attune to inner bless and happiness whole performing every action.
8.Yoga is solution to all tension and stress.
9.All four paths of yoga lead to same goal i.e. MOKSHA.
10.Conscpusness based approach liberates and surrender purifies us
