Abstract

1.Welcome to you all to Maitri Milan session.
2.Knowledge of Bhagavad Geeta is for everyone whether introvert or extravert.
3.One can position himself as under discipline or disciplining.
4.Indiscipline comes from outside whereas discipline comes from within. Discipline is freedom and strength.
5.Nature has its own discipline. Shapes of different trees and birds living are in discipline.
6.When discipline is frosted, it does not last long.
7.When you are master and discipline comes within, it is Raj Yoga.
8.Yoga is dynamic balanced state like tight rope walking.
9.Mauna (silence) comes from satisfaction within. Yoga is reducing restlessness of mind.
10.Yoga is getting self-control over senses.
