Abstract

1.Today is National Youth day celebrated on Birthday Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda.
2.It is also birthday of Guru Govind Singh. It is day of Convocation in our university.
3.We can help ourselves to go up or down by regulating our Prana.
4.Prana is energy in body responsible for all our activities.
5.Prana can be effectively spent.
6.Some people spent more Prana in small activities.
7.To effectively use our Prana, we need to slowly breathe in and out.
8.Softening breathe controls our Prana.
9.Slowing down breathe is called Pranayama.
10.Slower you breathe, longer you live. Then let’s transcend to more subtle level.
