1.Friends….Yoga give peace of mind.
2.Raja Yoga is path of will power. Will power is strong determination.
3.Such determination comes from decisiveness. Indecisiveness is worse than wrong decision.
4.Will power is characterized by decisiveness.
5.After making decision, it is strong adherence to decision.
6.Fasting and keeping awake or silence is tests of will power.
7.In Bhakti Yoga, devotion is expressing gracefulness to god.
8.On Mahashivrati, we worship Lord Shiva. He is best of the Karma Yogi.
9.On Navaratris, we worship divine goddess Durga. We fast for 9 days to get her blessings.
10.May we now with grace of almighty meditate with beautiful smile?
