2.Raja Yoga is path of will power to attain Moksha.
3.Raja Yoga is to gain mastery over mind. It has eight parts.
4.‘Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Aahara, Pratyahara, Ashtheya, Pranayama and Aparigraha.
5.Our behavior affects others. We need to behave in a disciplined way.
6.Excess of money making, cut others, bit others & terrorize others are vices which affects us badly.We need to increase our virtues.
7.Truth and non-violence are virtues for community peace and harmony.
8.How to reach goal in corporate world by being attached to it?
9.Goal/result/ambition should be in our mind. We have a right to action and not to results. We can’t be sure of result due many uncertain laws governing our action.
10.Attachment should be about inner silence and blissful awareness while doing action.Equanimity is required about failure or success.Let’s contemplate on hese houghts and meditate with beautiful smile.
