Abstract

.Nature of mind is to think. Bondage of Rajas (hyper activeness) gives restlessness of mind.
.Boredom is excess unspent energy. Fear, anger and boredom make life short.
.Yoga is conserving that energy and utilizes it peacefully. It slows down the mind and converts Rajas into Satva (godliness).
.Slow breathe rate makes mind slow and gives silence to it.
.Happy movements have slow breath rate and silence.
.Reality is made up of sound and consciousness. Consciousness is modified by slowness of mind.
.Chanting ‘Aa- kara’ reduces nervousness. Chanting ‘U kara’ gives love and harmony.
.Chanting ‘Ma-kara’ gives vibrations to face and relaxes.
.Thus ‘Aum-kara’ chanting gives vibrations to entire system.
10. On this auspicious day, let’s make resolve to move from untruth to truth, darkness to light, and mortality to immortality.
